What type of bamboo is this?? about 25 yrs old!!

This beautiful bamboo has been growing for about 25 years now in the North Carolina area....would some one please identify it for me? thanks!

It is most likely Phyllostachys nigra 'Henon'. If you will take some pics of the shoots next April we could probably tell for sure.
