Any input on P.Bissetii anyone??

I have a small (4) gallon Bissetii growing near a inground pool, in one month it sent a whipshoot 4 ft away allready. I put 40 mil 30" deep barrier along my fence line, does anyone think it will punch through, I just read an article about somebody else with "Henon" that went through, but thats bigger. Any input would be great. :idea:
Ive just gotten into Bamboo within the last 2 months & Iam very excited. I just planted a 5 gallon Fargesia Robusta & a baby 1 gallon P.Bissetii,.......which is so small Iam afraid it wont make it.

Make sure you rhizome prune, then you don't have to worry whether or not the animal will find away around your barrier.

sooner or later, a robust bissetii will conquer your barrier if left to it own devices.
