Bamboo in Cuyusquihui

Just want so show this pictures,
saw this bamboos today visiting the ruins of Cuyusquihui,
very big and impressive. :shock:

Great pictures.

I was just reading about Cuyuxquihui (koo-yoosh-KEE-wee), and the name has to do with a certain tree that has wood resembling an armadillo's (cuyu) shell.

Wonder what the site would be called if they named it today.

:lol: Thanks for your concern.

Sad to say, I'm just not gardening as much as I used to.
And this property doesnt lend itself as much to boo planting as places I've owned in the past either. I've gotten over the heartbreak in that, but I'm still left with the sad reality.

I still lurk around and post the occassional useless fact about archeological sites, etc.
