I'm thinking A. gigantea...??? Not sure though. Actually, I'm not sure it's even bamboo...

It looks like the leaves have a stem connection to the main stem so it could be a bamboo.

I would want a closer look at how the leaves attach to the main stem. Looking at enlarged pictures, it just doesn't look right to me.
