Brad I seem to remember when some one asked of the effects of round up on bamboo some one replied that, that was the fastest way to get variegated Boo. Think it was Roy Rodgers.

Oh and back to this subject Many Punting poles are starting to shoot. Boy I love it when things start popping.

Bambusa Chungii update. This years crop of culms in just over 20'. If we have a "colder than normal winter" this year as predicted, I'll probably loose these, again.

I'm glad I only grow one clumper with 21 degrees as a low temp.

I like the blue color. Too bad it's not cold hardy enough for my zone.
